This place is great. Beers are cheap, food was good and inexpensive, wait staff was great. This is a must stop place when you visit red river or anywhere around there.

There is a very pleasant atmosphere and it is very nice inside and out!!!

Very solid atmosphere. Prices are a bit high but the staff is very friendly and accommodating. They are always helpful and kind and offer good suggestions. Overall it's a good stop and nice bar. The food is also quite good. They close at 10 but if you're outside they don't force you out.

Wonderful little place in between Cimarron and Raton. Nice pool table and outdoor seating area with a stage. Owner is very friendly and a very light atmosphere. The food is good for such a small menu. The green chilies burger was good.

Best place to kick back and relax. Always something new happening here. Danny and Shelly are some the kindest people on earth. They’ll treat you right for sure. Pool table, darts, and other various things to do with friends.

Even though Roger is no longer there the new owners are very welcoming and have kept the same spirit as in the past. The locals are most welcoming. Good selection of beers and great hamburgers as well as pork ribs.

Great folks, great food, great service. The very coolest of roadside taverns! Their pizza is as good as it gets, but the green chili philly is something to behold. Hawg wings for the adventurous... I've never seen them anywhere else, and I don't know why. Try the cold beer brand cold beer, it's an excellent micro lager

I stopped here on a whim because I was in the hills all day exploring and badly needed something to drink. I'm glad I did. The owners are SOOO friendly and talkative. We chatted about the areas history, they showed me the place (it wasn't busy) Anna died me some old photos of the Ghost towns: Colfax & Duncan. They have a decent beer selection, so I solidly appreciated having something that wasn't Coors, Bud or another watery version. I'll DEFINITELY be back.

I bonded with the customers just fine. But seemed to have trouble connecting with the blond bartender. The subject did not matter. She would answer with a one liner and turn her back on me. After dropping $30 I left discouraged by her attitude.

Only the highest quality of hospitality and service here, with a good beer selection to boot! They'll make mixed drinks as well, and their pizza is very good.

Excellent lunch on the patio. Great selection of beers on draft and my half pizza was properly prepared. Observed all Covid-19 guidelines. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Well, Cold Beer, it is the quaint side by the road bar just what the dictionary would have under "bar and grill". Pizza, burgers, desserts, yes it is 5 stars. Don't drive by, or stop and drive back.

We stopped in on my birthday, on our way home from Taos. I was refused service. She said she didnt know how much i had already had to drink. I told her 2 glasses of wine and she still refused me. My husband doesnt drink. I wasnt slurring, staggering, being loud or rude. I have NEVER been refuses service in 54 yrs. I know my limits and dont believe on being sloppy. I cant see us trying this place again. I'm seriously insulted. Id skip it if u dont walk in sober, I wont get served. Must not serve anyone more than 2 drinks. So sad.

In the middle of nowhere, this is a good place to stop for a cold drink and bite to eat. The food is just okay. The burger is probably the best item on the menu. They have lots of events and good music. Check out their website for what's happening.

This place was just awesome if I could get more stars I would my brother and I stopped here after coming down from Denver Colorado the food was great the owners were fantastic

Such a fun place! Their pizza is delicious and their "Cold Beer" Lager is great. I definitely recommend it for a nice relaxing afternoon. I try to visit every time I'm in town.

Great little watering hole. Locals show up at 6:00pm. Can get loud. Friendly people and great management.

Cold Beer has the best pizzas I've ever had anywhere. Their green chili cheeseburgers, philly steak sandwiches, and fried fish are fabulous!! Of course, the beer and margaritas are fabulous! The owners are really friendly and accommodating.

Great place. Excellent food & service in the middle of nowhere!! You should plan atrip..it is close to NRAWC on hwy 64

Menu has been reduced. Didn't get a chance to try the Philly cheesesteak sandwich which is no longer on the menu. My green chili topped cheeseburger and side of onion rings were excellent.

I love this bar it is my kind of place.
